We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Pietarsaaren Seudun Tuorekala Oy, located in Etelä-Pohjanmaa, Finland. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement innovative training programs tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to assess training needs and create customized learning solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain and update existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops and learning sessions.
Support employee onboarding by creating and delivering comprehensive orientation programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
