Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative educational programs that align with our mission and engage diverse audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling training resources and experiences.
Implement modern pedagogical strategies to elevate the impact of our educational offerings and ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Utilize advanced technologies to design immersive learning environments, leveraging virtual reality, augmented reality, and other breakthrough tools.
Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of creativity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Conduct research to stay abreast of emerging trends in education and integrate relevant advancements into our programs.

Represent National Trust for Scotland USA at educational forums, conferences, and industry events, reinforcing our position as a thought leader in heritage education.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., History, Cultural Studies, Museum Education, etc.).
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing educational initiatives, preferably within a cultural or heritage-focused organization.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards excellence.
