Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement specialized educational programs to meet the needs of healthcare professionals and staff at all levels.
Collaborate with hospital leadership and department heads to assess training needs and identify opportunities for educational interventions.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote continuous learning and professional growth in the medical field.
Establish a mentorship program to support the career development of medical students, interns, and new practitioners.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in medical education and training techniques to incorporate them into existing programs.
Provide guidance and support in the evaluation and assessment of educational programs, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with industry standards.
Contribute to the development of instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Human Resources, or Adult Education.
Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational program management, particularly in healthcare settings.
Demonstrated ability in providing mentorship and counseling to individuals pursuing a career in the medical profession.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
Proficiency in utilizing educational technologies and e-learning platforms for program delivery.
