Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging learning materials and programs
Utilize cutting-edge technology and methodologies to create interactive and impactful training content
Assess training needs and contribute to the development of a comprehensive learning strategy
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance learning experiences
Establish evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions, driving continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related fields
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, multimedia production, and learning management systems
Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Passion for creating impactful and innovative learning experiences
