Job Opportunity: Learning and Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive training programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify learning needs and develop tailored educational initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on cultural competency and sensitivity.
Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and industry best practices.
Contribute to the creation of learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and instructional guides.
Support the organization in promoting a culture of learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field with a focus on organizational development, psychology, or sociology.
Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering diversity and inclusion training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Passion for promoting diversity and equity within an organizational setting.
