Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement training programs tailored to various departments within the organization
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training materials
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, ensuring consistency and quality in delivery
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems
