Job Description:

Design and deliver engaging learning programs tailored to the specific needs of our staff
Collaborate with various departments to assess training needs and develop strategies for continuous improvement
Implement innovative training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes and employee satisfaction
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for enhancements
Create and maintain a positive, approachable, and inclusive learning environment
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
Proven experience in designing and facilitating training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for promoting a culture of learning and development
Ability to work effectively within a team and across various departments
