Position: Cultural Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cultural education programs for our team, fostering an environment of understanding and appreciation of diversity.
Collaborate with internal departments to integrate diverse perspectives into our existing training initiatives.
Design and deliver workshops and seminars on cultural competence and global awareness.
Provide guidance and support for multicultural communication strategies.

Requirements:

A deep passion for promoting diversity and inclusion.
Knowledge of intercultural communication and sensitivity to global issues.
Experience in developing educational materials or facilitating group discussions on multicultural topics.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
