Position: Learning and Development Specialist

Design and implement diverse and engaging training programs
Analyze training needs and develop customized solutions
Create and deliver training materials, resources, and assessments
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning objectives
Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
Strong knowledge of training methodologies and assessment tools
Ability to identify training needs and develop tailored programs
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Capacity to work autonomously and drive training initiatives
A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements
