Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain diverse talent, focusing on inclusivity and equality.
- Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment materials that highlight our dedication to social responsibility and environmental awareness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their talent acquisition needs.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates across various platforms, ensuring a well-rounded and diverse candidate pool.
- Lead and coordinate comprehensive recruitment processes, including candidate interviews and assessments.
- Advocate for and implement sustainable hiring practices that align with our environmental goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
- Deep understanding of social responsibility initiatives and sustainable business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on inclusivity and diversity.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate social responsibility into talent acquisition processes.
