As a vital part of our organization, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent while also championing our commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain diverse talent, focusing on inclusivity and equality.
Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment materials that highlight our dedication to social responsibility and environmental awareness.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their talent acquisition needs.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates across various platforms, ensuring a well-rounded and diverse candidate pool.
Lead and coordinate comprehensive recruitment processes, including candidate interviews and assessments.
Advocate for and implement sustainable hiring practices that align with our environmental goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
Deep understanding of social responsibility initiatives and sustainable business practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on inclusivity and diversity.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to integrate social responsibility into talent acquisition processes.
