In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to drive our company's innovation strategy forward. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop creative recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent in the industry.
Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic talent recommendations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
