As a Culinary Experience Curator at Tamarind Group, you will be an integral part of shaping our guests' dining experiences, ensuring impeccable service and delivering culinary excellence. Your attention to detail, refined palate, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of our renowned establishments along the Kenyan Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and oversee the overall dining experience, ensuring that every element aligns with our commitment to excellence
Collaborate with our talented culinary team to design and develop innovative menus that excite and delight our diverse clientele
Adhere to the highest standards of quality and presentation while monitoring customer satisfaction
Play a critical role in maintaining an atmosphere of premium service and culinary mastery
Stay informed about current culinary trends and incorporate fresh and compelling ideas into our offerings
Assist in training and mentoring staff to maintain an unwavering dedication to superior dining experiences

Requirements:

Proven track record in a similar capacity within the hospitality or dining industry, preferably within an esteemed culinary environment
A passion for creating and delivering exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining a keen awareness of evolving industry trends
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards culinary greatness
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
An unyielding commitment to ensuring consistently high standards of service and culinary mastery
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while upholding a professional and composed demeanor
A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage
