Position Available: Senior Property Portfolio Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to take charge of managing our diverse property portfolio, overseeing the development and maintenance of real estate assets within our organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in optimizing asset performance, identifying new growth opportunities, and contributing to the strategic vision of our real estate division.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing strategies for the effective management of our property portfolio
Overseeing property acquisitions, disposals, and leasing negotiations
Evaluating property performance, conducting market analysis, and identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion
Managing relationships with tenants, property managers, and external stakeholders
Providing leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of professionals

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Proven track record in senior property management roles, with at least 7 years of experience
Deep understanding of property investment, leasing, and development processes
Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive operational efficiency and maximize ROI
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong partnerships
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strategic mindset
