We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic team at Svängsta Badplats, an innovative company based in Blekinge län, Sweden. As we embark on our journey to revolutionize urban spaces and construction, we are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Urban Spatial Architect.
Job Title: Urban Spatial Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop cutting-edge urban space concepts
- Utilize creative thinking to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of our building projects
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and analysis to inform architectural decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in urban design
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architectural design and construction projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to think creatively and critically
