Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of our premier wilderness retreat, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to optimize profitability
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our unique wilderness offering
Conduct regular staff training and career development programs

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
