We are seeking an Innovative Culinary Curator to join our dynamic team at Veneto Artisanal Food Cooperative in Italy's vibrant region of Veneto. If you are passionate about creating unique dining experiences and have a keen eye for culinary trends and local ingredients, we want you to spearhead our gastronomic journey.

As an Innovative Culinary Curator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative food experiences that showcase the best of Veneto's culinary heritage. You will collaborate closely with local artisans, farmers, and food producers to source exceptional ingredients to elevate our dining offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and creating seasonal menus that reflect the rich flavors of the Veneto region
Collaborating with our network of local food suppliers to maintain the highest quality of ingredients
Conducting regular research to stay ahead of culinary trends and incorporate new techniques into our culinary offerings
Overseeing the kitchen team, ensuring that our dishes are not only visually stunning but also consistently delectable
Curating special events and culinary experiences to engage our patrons and attract new clientele
Working closely with our wine experts to create harmonious food and wine pairings that complement our dishes

Requirements:

Proven experience in a high-level culinary role with a strong focus on innovative cuisine
In-depth knowledge of Veneto's culinary landscape and a dedication to showcasing local ingredients and traditions
A creative and forward-thinking approach to culinary creations
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to foster partnerships with local producers and artisans
