Maritz is seeking an experienced, visionary leader to fill the role of Community Engagement Director. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance community involvement and relationships
Collaborate with local organizations to drive initiatives that support the community
Lead outreach programs and events to promote awareness and engagement
Evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and recommend improvements
Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and government entities
Oversee the development and execution of community-based projects
Track and report on community-related metrics and outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven track record of successful community engagement or leadership experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and inspire others
Understanding of the local landscape, government structure, and nonprofit organizations
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for social impact and creating sustainable change
