Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and community partners
Plan and coordinate community events and initiatives to drive positive social change
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to support our mission
Evaluate the impact of community programs and initiatives through data analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, or related field
Proven experience in community engagement or nonprofit sector
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
