Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Prior experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Understanding of mining industry talent needs is a plus
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing
