Torchlight Energy Resources, a leading energy company in Texas, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Community Engagement Manager to join our team. As we continue to develop and grow, we recognize the importance of building strong connections within the community and fostering partnerships with local stakeholders. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our community outreach efforts, working to promote our commitment to sustainable practices and responsible energy development.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community engagement strategies and campaigns that align with Torchlight's values and objectives
Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, nonprofit organizations, and government entities
Organize and participate in community events, town hall meetings, and informational sessions to increase awareness of our initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that community feedback and concerns are addressed and integrated into our operations
Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement efforts and develop reports for senior management
Stay up-to-date on local government policies, regulations, and community needs that could impact our operations
Represent Torchlight at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in community engagement, public relations, or stakeholder management
Strong understanding of local government processes, nonprofit organizations, and community dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach
Passion for sustainability, environmental stewardship, and corporate social responsibility
Flexibility to travel within Texas as needed
