We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join our dynamic team at Appenzell Ausserrhoden Cycling Club. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will have the opportunity to impact our communication strategy and shape our online presence through compelling and innovative content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually engaging and shareable digital content including videos, images, and written material for our website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to create content that promotes our events, initiatives, and engages the local community.
Monitor digital trends and analytics to optimize and refine content strategies, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
Manage the content editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of relevant and high-quality content across all digital channels.
Contribute to the development of new content initiatives and campaigns, aligning with the club's branding and messaging.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, and content strategy.
Proficiency with digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics, and a data-driven approach to content creation.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for storytelling and branding.
