Position: Digital Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital communication strategies to enhance public outreach and engagement
Manage social media platforms and online presence to promote the department's initiatives
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written materials
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
