Your Role

As a Content Wellness Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to curate and manage internal communications that promote a culture of health and safety. You will work closely with various departments to develop and distribute content that educates, informs, and encourages employees to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles both at work and in their personal lives.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute internal communication plans centered around well-being and safety
Create informative and engaging content across multiple platforms, including newsletters, intranet, and social media
Collaborate with HR and Wellness teams to organize and promote health-related initiatives and events
Coordinate with leaders to ensure consistent and effective messaging regarding safety protocols and procedures
Analyze the impact of communication strategies and make continuous improvements

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who has a genuine passion for employee wellness and a strong background in communications or content creation. You should have a keen understanding of how to tailor messaging to resonate with diverse audiences. Ideally, you have experience working within a health or safety-related field and possess a creative flair to make workplace wellness engaging and accessible to all.
