The Parklands of Floyds Fork is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Development Specialist. As a Project Development Specialist, you'll be a pivotal part of our dynamic organization, working on exciting and impactful initiatives that shape the future of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage new projects.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of land development projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of project components.
- Assist in evaluating potential real estate acquisitions and opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and best practices to enhance project effectiveness.
- Prepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and budget analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or development-related roles.
- Strong understanding of real estate and land development processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
