We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Learning and Development. As the Head of Learning and Development, you will spearhead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning programs to foster a culture of continuous education and skill enhancement. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will develop training strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ultimately contributing to the improvement of our workforce's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative learning and development initiatives tailored to different departments and employee levels
  • Identify training needs through consultation with department heads and performance evaluations
  • Oversee the design and delivery of instructional materials and training programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Establish partnerships with educational institutions, industry associations, and relevant agencies to enhance training opportunities
  • Create a professional development framework to support career progression and succession planning
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, educational technologies, and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development strategies within a large organization
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and experience in utilizing varied training methodologies
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to employee training
  • Proven track record of successfully managing learning programs and initiatives
  • Ability to analyze training needs and measure learning outcomes
