Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team at Messina Regional Historical Society in Sicily, Italy. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Sicily's job market and recruitment trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
