Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
Utilize various channels for sourcing candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to recruitment activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
