Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing techniques, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. Your focus will be on establishing a strong employer brand and enhancing our outreach to potential employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Germany
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition
