Weinbau Thurnerhof is in search of a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as an Environmental Affairs Specialist. Our vineyard, located in the picturesque Lower Austria, is committed to producing high-quality wines while maintaining a sustainable and environmentally conscious approach. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop strategies for sustainable land use
Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
Implement and oversee environmental management systems
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmental best practices into operations
Proactively seek innovative solutions to minimize environmental footprint

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
Proven experience in environmental management, preferably within the agricultural or viticulture industry
Strong understanding of local and national environmental regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
