We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join us as a Conservation Steward. As a Conservation Steward, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the breathtaking landscapes and ecosystems of Montana for future generations.
At Glacier National Park Conservancy, we take pride in our social responsibility and dedication to environmental conservation. Our organization actively engages in sustainable practices and community outreach initiatives to make a positive impact on the world around us.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct geological surveys and assessments to support conservation efforts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement environmentally friendly practices
- Participate in community service projects focusing on environmental stewardship
- Assist in developing and implementing sustainable resource management strategies
- Contribute to educational programs aimed at raising awareness about conservation
Qualifications:
- Degree in Earth Sciences, Environmental Studies, or related field
- Passion for environmental sustainability and conservation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in fieldwork and data analysis preferred
- Commitment to making a positive difference in the world
