We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Beit Shmuel - Mercaz Shimshon in Jerusalem District. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their hiring needs and objectives.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate experience.
Build strong relationships with potential candidates and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR with a focus on attracting high-caliber professionals.
Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize various recruitment channels and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
