You will collaborate with department heads and managers to assess training needs, design and deliver engaging learning programs, and provide ongoing support to employees as they pursue their career goals within the company.

Key responsibilities:

Conducting skills gap analyses and developing targeted training initiatives.
Creating career development pathways and succession planning frameworks.
Overseeing mentorship and coaching programs to facilitate professional growth.
Collaborating with external partners to bring innovative learning opportunities to our workforce.
Measuring the effectiveness of talent development programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
