You will play a key role in advancing our talent acquisition strategies, ensuring that we continue to attract the best and brightest individuals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and identify the best recruitment approaches
Utilize social media, job boards, and other cutting-edge resources to identify top talent
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking activities to promote our employer brand
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews and making offers
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and other HR software
