Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable culinary practices within our organization
Research, identify, and integrate environmentally friendly food sourcing strategies
Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative dishes using locally-sourced, sustainable ingredients
Conduct regular assessments of our current practices and recommend improvements
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations related to sustainable culinary practices

Requirements:

Proven experience in culinary arts and/or sustainable food practices
Passionate about environmental sustainability and community engagement
Strong understanding of responsible sourcing and ethical food production
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
