Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable culinary practices within our organization
- Research, identify, and integrate environmentally friendly food sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative dishes using locally-sourced, sustainable ingredients
- Conduct regular assessments of our current practices and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations related to sustainable culinary practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in culinary arts and/or sustainable food practices
- Passionate about environmental sustainability and community engagement
- Strong understanding of responsible sourcing and ethical food production
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
