Position: Community Engagement Specialist

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our organization with local communities and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on understanding community needs, establishing partnerships, and ensure our projects positively impact the societies we serve.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local organizations to identify community needs and develop appropriate strategies.
Foster relationships with diverse community groups to ensure our initiatives are inclusive and serve the needs of all.
Work closely with internal teams to integrate community feedback and ensure strategic alignment.
Assist in organizing events to engage local communities and promote diversity and inclusion.
Support community-based initiatives and liaise with government entities.

Requirements:

A passion for promoting diversity and inclusion within communities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
An understanding of local government and non-profit organizations.
Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing community needs.
Experience in project management and community outreach is a plus.
