Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Utilize innovative methods to build the employer brand and attract top talent
Assist in promoting and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusivity within the organization

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field
Understanding of multicultural recruitment practices and strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
