Position: Community Engagement Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster strong relationships with local organizations, academic institutions, and government bodies.
Coordinate and promote initiatives to expand BSC's network and presence within the community.
Collaborate with internal teams to organize events, workshops, and outreach programs that align with our mission and values.
Manage communication channels to ensure consistent and meaningful interaction with stakeholders and community members.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of community engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in community engagement, public relations, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement impactful engagement initiatives.
Passionate about technology, innovation, and contributing to the community.
