Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and implementation of innovative property development projects that align with our mission and values
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that real estate initiatives are aligned with organizational strategies
- Research and evaluate potential properties for development feasibility and impact
- Drive the creation of environmentally friendly and community-focused real estate solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve our property development initiatives
- Manage relationships with external partners, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Contribute to budget planning and financial evaluation of property development projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Proven experience in property development, project management, or a related area

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
