Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to assess project feasibility and develop comprehensive plans
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and zoning regulations to inform decision-making
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure project viability and optimize return on investment
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards

Qualifications:
