Position: Project Development Specialist
About the role:
- Work collaboratively with the project development team to oversee and manage various development projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and project planning to identify strategic development opportunities.
- Engage with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and assess project progress, budgets, and timelines to guarantee on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and updates to stakeholders and management.
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in project development, real estate, or property management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
