As a Cultural Integration Specialist at John Henderson (Belfast) Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring our company embraces and celebrates diversity. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategies to promote and enhance cultural integration within our organization.
Facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote cultural understanding and cooperation among employees.
Collaborating with management to integrate diversity and inclusion initiatives into various aspects of our business.
Acting as a cultural liaison for new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Creating and organizing cultural events to showcase different traditions and foster inclusivity.
Working closely with our recruitment team to attract and retain multicultural talent.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of cultural integration programs and providing recommendations for improvement.
