Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Develop and implement innovative and effective strategies for talent acquisition, including networking, social media, and diversity initiatives
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract top-tier candidates
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other HR technology to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in recruiting, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and other relevant HR technologies
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
