Job Description

Design and develop innovative culinary experiences specifically tailored to adventurers and photography enthusiasts.
Collaborate with local vendors and artisans to source high-quality, seasonal ingredients that represent the essence of our region's culinary identity.
Create and execute captivating dining events in unique, outdoor settings that showcase our region's natural beauty.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our culinary offerings through creativity and a strong understanding of industry trends.

Requirements

Proven culinary experience in a high-quality dining environment or similar setting.
Demonstrated ability to curate and present culinary experiences that engage and delight guests.
Passion for the outdoors and a deep appreciation for nature and adventure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, vendors, and colleagues.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment.
