Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and development of cutting-edge beauty and healthcare products
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and production to bring new products to market
Conduct market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights to drive product innovation
Create and execute product launch strategies, ensuring a seamless introduction into the market
Monitor product performance and iterate based on customer feedback and market trends
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing beauty or healthcare products
Minimum of 8 years' experience in product management or innovation, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams towards a common goal
Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset and a passion for identifying new opportunities
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Strong market knowledge and a keen understanding of consumer behavior in the beauty and healthcare sector
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements
Proven proficiency in project management and product development processes
