Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee sustainable business strategies for our affiliated hospitality businesses
- Implement environmentally-conscious practices in daily operations
- Collaborate with hotel and restaurant management to integrate sustainable policies
- Educate and train staff on eco-friendly practices
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to measure environmental impact
- Research and recommend sustainable suppliers and vendors
- Participate in community outreach programs related to environmental stewardship
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sustainability or environmental management within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of sustainable practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Passionate about driving positive change through sustainable initiatives
- Fluency in English and German is preferred
