We are seeking a passionate and creative Culinary Experience Curator to join our team at the Matam Scientific Industries Center, located in the vibrant Northern District of Israel. As a Culinary Experience Curator, you will be responsible for orchestrating extraordinary epicurean journeys, showcasing exquisite flavors, and creating memorable dining experiences for our esteemed patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute innovative culinary concepts that elevate the dining experience to new heights
Collaborate with culinary talents to craft unique menus that reflect both creativity and a dedication to quality
Maintain a deep understanding of current gastronomic trends and incorporate them into our offerings
Ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional dining experiences, paying meticulous attention to detail
Directly engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized culinary recommendations
Curate and oversee periodic special dining events, ensuring each is a one-of-a-kind experience

Qualifications:

Proven track record in high-end culinary establishments or luxury hotels, showcasing a strong culinary artistry and a keen understanding of hospitality
An innate ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of traditional gastronomy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to work closely and effectively with diverse culinary professionals
A keen eye for detail, dedicating yourself to the pursuit of delivering perfection in every culinary creation
Demonstrated passion for staying abreast of culinary trends and applying them to the development of unique gastronomic experiences
Certification from a recognized culinary institution would be an advantage
