Job Title: Community Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

As a Community Outreach Specialist at Bank of America, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining partnerships with local organizations and community groups. Your focus will be on establishing strong connections within diverse communities, supporting our commitment to social responsibility, and promoting collaboration between Bank of America and the community.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage with nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and government agencies to build collaborative relationships
Develop and execute community outreach programs and initiatives
Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and educational programs
Create and deliver presentations to inform the community about Bank of America's products, services, and philanthropic efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community activities align with Bank of America's mission and values
Evaluate and measure the impact of community outreach efforts

Qualifications

Completion of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Community Development, Social Work, Business, or a related discipline
Experience in community outreach, relationship building, or similar roles
Strong networking and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals and organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for making a positive impact in communities
Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening and weekend events
