As a leader within our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the creation, expansion, and maintenance of our physical facilities and infrastructure across multiple locations throughout Rhode Island. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful completion of development projects
- Implement and maintain rigorous safety and compliance standards
- Optimize resource allocation and project timelines for maximum efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience in infrastructure development and project management
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and building codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
