Your Role

As a Site Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of all projects. You will work closely with a talented team and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects are not only delivered on time and within budget, but also meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to guarantee project success.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and building regulations.
Identify potential risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
Regularly report project progress to senior management.
Ensure that all projects align with PPC's sustainability initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience

Proven track record in project management within the construction industry.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Sound knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
