Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
Cultivate strong relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to build a network of potential candidates
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective hiring plans
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Fluency in French and English
